Next steps:


  • Upload Camper's Physical (due 5/31)
  • A doctor must confirm that your camper is in good health and can participate in an active outdoor camp program in a record that is dated within one year of your camper's start date
  • This form can be a generic one from your doctor, another camp, a sports program, etc. If you do not already have such a statement in writing, you can download our form to bring to your healthcare practitioner. Download Form. 
  • If you can't get this done for any reason by 5/31 please email admissions@sherwoodforestsummercamp.com by then to provide your camper's scheduled doctor visit date
  • Please upload your completed documents to your camper's profile (see below for instructions)

  • Upload Immunization Records (due 5/31)
  • Our immunization records requirements vary depending on whether or not your camper has attended Sherwood Forest Summer Camp in the past.
  • We do not accept campers who are not immunized except in the case of medical exemptions which are handled on a case-by-case basis 
  • If your camper is new, you must provide a copy of their immunization records
  • If your camper is returning: 
  • If new immunizations have been administered since last attending, please upload new records; or
  • if no new immunizations have been administered since last attending, please email admissions@sherwoodforestsummercamp.com to inform us of that fact so we can mark the requirement waived for this year.
  • Please upload the records to your camper's profile (see below for instructions)

  • Upload camper photo (due 5/31)
  • Please provide a recent photo of your Camper that is: 
  • a good headshot - not a super cute action shot where we can't see your camper's face; this photo is used exclusively internally for your camper's medical record, so their face is the ONLY thing that matters
  • preferably 200px x 200px square, but we can crop it for you
  • fairly recent
  • Please upload your photo to your camper's profile (see below for instructions)

  • Review the Parent Packet
  • Click here to view the Parent Packet which contains a lot of answers to questions, pickup/dropoff information. etc.

  • How do I upload documents to my camper's profile?
  • Log into your account at http://sherwood.campbrainregistration.com
  • Click View Details under the current year's registration
  • Scroll to the Document Upload section is located 
  • Use the Upload buttons next to each document to place your document in the correct slot
  • Once a document has been uploaded, you can't change it. If you need to replace it please contact admissions@sherwoodforestsummercamp.com for assistance
  • Repeat the process for each camper
